THE STAGES OF CREATING OUR PRODUCTS
From the creation of the drawings to the tailoring, a French Jacquard product requires 15 manufacturing steps, all carried out with the utmost care and an infinite sense of detail, before coming to dress your interior: creation, reading (translation of creations into Jacquard language point by point), selection of cotton and linen yarns of the best quality, matching yarn colors according to current trends (about 60 per year), yarn dyeing (preferably high dyeing), winding (to limit yarn waste), inking, warping and reuniting (to manufacture the chain), knotting and weaving, visiting parts (quality control of fabrics), finishing, and finally tailoring and packaging.
Today, Le Jacquard Français thanks to its 53 looms, composes a very large number of original patterns at the rate of two collections per year. Weavers, knotters, warpers, glueers, stitchers are all trades and gestures exercised with passion and for generations in their Gérardmer factory. They design the most beautiful creations for you.
