Jouy's canvas "Nature imaginaire" won the Jouy canvas prize in 2020.

His greatest source of inspiration is plants, living matter, nature. It offers a modern vision of an "Imaginary Nature" in the spirit of the Persians of the Oberkampf Manufacture. She was inspired by the Persians and the very ornamental Indians but also by the aesthetics of the dominated papers that she likes very much. She wanted to explore a blue, surprising and soothing nature, to give a vision of fantastic and abundant nature, as in a dream, to imagine plants that would be both known and unknown, enriched with new colors and details. She added a very fine backdrop, both lined and tingled, wave lines to give the pattern suppleness in a refined and almost sparkling spirit.
