Thevenon "Rochecotte" embroidered fabric

Inspired by the "Indians" of the eighteenth century - printed fabrics replicating those brought back from the counters in India - Rochecotte uses a plurality of fine threads for a meticulous and classic embroidery with interlocking warm and cold tones. The Rochecotte drawing has been interpreted in printed and embroidered versions. It is part of the Cordelia de Castellane collection, which gives it its rural soul with a morning of elegance.
